Timothy Chamberlain PT, MSHc, MTC Owner and Supervising Physical Therapist

Tim graduated from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn in 1994. He continued his studies at University of St. Augustine earning a certificate in manual therapy(MTC), and later completing a post-graduate Masters of Health Science (MHSc) with a concentration in clinical orthopedic physical therapy. Tim taught joint mobilization techniques to physical therapy students at Touro College as an adjunct faculty member from 1998 to 2002. Tim has owned and practiced in Chamberlain Physical Therapy since 2004.

Jennifer Frustace PT, MSPT Senior Physical Therapist

Jennifer began her career with a BA in performing arts from Hofstra University. She danced professionally for 4 years before enrolling in Touro College where she earned a Masters in Physical Therapy (MSPT). Jen has worked in several physical therapy settings including acute care at Bellevue Hospital NYC, skilled nursing facilities, homecare, and out-patient orthopedic offices. Jen has been applying her orthopedic and manual skills and knowledge for her patients here at Chamberlain Physical Therapy for the past 15 years. Jennifer has certified in Yoga and Pilates instruction. She has also recently certified in GYROTONIC exercise instruction. Jennifer's exercise expertise and artistic talent provide her with unique perspective treating and diagnosing patients of all ages.

Dave Sucato PT, MSPT, DPT Senior Physical Therapist

Dr. Dave Sucato began his physical therapy career by graduating Stony Brook University with a Physical Therapy Degree in 1995. Dave has worked in out-patient physical therapy settings for many years. He successfully earned his Orthopedic Certified Specialist certification in 2005. Dave studied for and earned a post-professional Masters degree with concentration in clinical orthopedic physical therapy from Touro College in 2005 (MSPT). Dave continued his studies at Russell Sage College where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) in 2007. Dave has spent the past 7 years at Chamberlain Physical Therapy using his vast experience and skills to provide his patients with excellent care.

Melissa Welch Physical Therapy Assistant

Melissa earned her Physical Therapy Assistant license in Texas at El Paso Community College. She has worked primarily in orthopedic physical therapy offices in Texas and North Carolina prior to moving to New York. Melissa has completed post-licensure course work concentrating on clinical orthopedic physical therapy treatment.

Lori Mcgrath Office Manager/Medical Billing

Lori has been with Chamberlain Physical Therapy since our inception. Lori skillfully manages our scheduling, billing and insurance authorizations. She has completed multiple courses in billing and coding and has exemplary communication skills.
